1) Upon arrival, please present a valid ID for check-in:
+ Citizen's identity card, ID card, driver's license, passport for domestic guests.
+ Passport and entry visa valid for guests with nationality outside Vietnam.
2) The hotel is only responsible for the personal belongings and money that you deposit at the front desk.
3) Please:
+ No smoking in the room (The hotel has a separate smoking area)
+ Do not bring pets into the hotel.
+ Do not carry weapons; explosives and toxic substances; drugs and prohibited substances entering the hotel.
+ Do not bring prostitutes into the hotel.
+ Do not arbitrarily change rooms or add people.
+ Do not receive guests in the bedroom.
+ No cooking and ironing in the room (The hotel has catering and laundry services).
+ Do not arbitrarily move items equipped by the hotel from one room to another. If causing loss or damage, please compensate according to regulations.
+ Bring the key card from when leaving the room and deposit it at the Reception.
